Its March and the first day of spring is almost upon us. Besides flowers, tress blooming, and warm weather other changes are here. Spring and summer are the time when most people make their moves. No more thinking about it. For some it may be that the kids have the summer off from schools. Many associate spring and summer as a time for change, a new slate.
