PAYING FOR YOUR AUTO TRANSPORT SERVICES
One of the most frequently asked questions about auto transport is "how do I pay for it"?
Well just like most businesses auto transport companies take a variety of payment and work in a few different ways most carriers and auto transport services brokers will accept major credit cards and certified checks and many expect C.O.D. . Whatever the payment terms make sure they are worked out and understood clearly before the car is delivered. In many cases you the customer will not be there when the car is delivered and may have someone else there to take delivery of the auto. SOME auto shipping companies require cash on delivery IF you only paid a "deposit" until the car is delivered. In this common case know the amount due and payment the driver is requiring or accepting. Some will only take cash or certified check depending on the carrier's payment policies. In other cases you may have paid in full already in which no amount is due upon the cars delivery. In any case know the deal!
