Why do car shipping companies deposit requirements vary?
Many auto shipping brokers use various methods to book your vehicle. While some consumers are skeptical of the 0 down deposit to reserve your transport, one needs not to be hesitant.
The reason is they are looking for a car transporter/ truck to pick up and deliver the vehicle. Once that process is done they in most cases will want a deposit.
The car carrier/drive will most likely collect the rest at time of delivery. That's assuming they do not own their own trucks as well as retain a brokers license. those companies may collect more up front as they have more control of the pick up and delivery.
